We all deserve good health physically and mentally both, isn’t it? Stress and anxiety issues can be really dangerous if a person is stressed for a long time, because they get transformed into something negative. That’s why removing or reducing stress is really important. You need to change a little for your daily habits to reduce stress or anxiety issues. That’s like a day to day therapy for change, for your betterment. What goes inside our mind, is the biggest concern. So you need to redirect yourself, so that before it becomes a bigger issue, you could apparently control it. Bigger issue is that it would affect your physical health and you can start having stomach aches, shallow breathing, increased heart rate, muscle tensions etc.

That’s why what’s happening around us must be more than what’s happening inside. But you know what, both are equally important. So today we will be sharing a few tips and tricks for you to reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Combat anxiety issues
  • Day to day therapy
  • Physical health matters

Deep Breathing. It’s scientifically proven that deep breathing is really helpful in reducing stress and anxiety. You can do it any time when you are free, but early morning would be good. In some fresh air. It helps you to focus more on your senses, rather than being anxious.

“Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure” psychologist Judith Tutin, PhD, says. She’s a certified life coach in Rome, GA.

Also, reaching out to your closest person possible would help you too. You can pour out your heart, at this stage we all need someone to listen to us.

  • Helps you focus more on senses
  • Pour out your heart

Exercise. Not necessarily has to be enrolled in gym but any form of physical activity would help.

Be it a quick run, yoga and even brisk walking can be helpful in depression and anxiety. As it releases feel-good chemicals and by giving your body a chance to practice to deal  and overcome stress. You can do some stretching exercise too. Because when you workout, your all pores open up and help your brains to receive proper blood circulations. When you start feeling stressed, try to spare a few minutes  and spend it looking through your basics to remind yourself what really matters. And go for a run! Know the scenario of your body, and work on it.

  • Workout is helpful
  • Overcome stress & anxiety
  • Proper blood circulations

Sleep. Yes, you might be thinking what? But yes lack of sleep has a lot of negative effects on our body. That’s why I always try to maintain basic 7-8 hours of sleep properly.

Also Regular exercise can help you a lot to lower stress and anxiety by releasing endorphins and improving your sleep. Physical activities that involve continuous repetitive movements of large muscles can be really helpful in  stress relieving. Procrastination can also lead you to scrambling up the things to catch up. This can cause stress, which negatively affects your health and sleep quality. Avoid procrastination as much as you can.

  • Don’t lessen your sleep time
  • Avoid procrastination
