So make sure to carry your trainers or good workout shoes on your trip. You can do workouts either indoors or outdoors depending on the situation. Eat real food most of the time. Liquid calories can be brutal. Don’t rely on meal timing or calorie counting. Make sure to consume lots of fruits and fresh vegetables too while travelling. And you can also carry some nuts and protein bars too. So make sure to truly understand why exercising is important while travelling.
