Catwalk to fitness icon

Journey of an average girl to one of the most renowned & reputed female fitness competitors. She is one of the most famous Venezuelan fitness icons and models. She started modeling at a very early age and earned good fame through it. But that was not satisfactory, she wanted to take it to another level. And as soon as she stepped into the gym she soon realized her full potential, she’s risen from cover model to a social media icon in a very short span of time. And in her day-to-day life as well, she is not just a star on stage but she is really devoted to her fans and is always open to give advice to whoever needs it the most.

With time she got featured in many music videos, to the front cover of magazines, winning IFBB competitions, and for her own social media channel for training and nutrition. She even said in one of the interviews, “I just love to sweat like a maniac. So whatever I feel like Stair Master, Rollerblading around South Beach Miami, or Spinning classes. I keep the intensity high and make sure that I am always pushing my hardest.” 

Through her story, we can see that she just didn’t put her body in the perfect frame but also her career. And of course, it wasn’t the piece of cakewalk from the journey of the catwalk to cover models of magazines. From her 95lb body into a solid 120lb of lean muscle body. She is an inspiration for numerous aspiring fitness models now. And she achieved it all because of her hard work and dedication.  

She follows a strict regime of fitness as well as fully balanced nutrition. Also, she gave us the word of wisdom, “ If your goal is to burn more calories to shred the fat, you’ll want to sweat a lot and work hard to do this, try focusing on HIIT. You can choose any cardio you like but make sure the rest times are short and the intensity is high. You can also choose exercises such as squats, pushups, and sprints, just make sure the resting interval times are short to keep your heart pumping”.  And the three major workouts she focuses on to maintain the lean muscle mass & burn fats are sprints, lunges, and side lateral raises.

This truly shows how much effort she put. Of course, we all need inspiration and motivation to move on and put it into action. We need to push ourselves until we see the veins popping out, and the sore muscles. That’s the sign which will keep you going on. So consistent dedication and perseverance are required a lot. And just like she makes sure that she sticks to her meal plans which are full of Calculated nutrition such as a combination of protein, fats, and carbs. To maintain a healthy physique. If she can do it, you can do it too.
