Yes, so today we are going to know with what mindset a coach trains us and how can we have that same mindset.
Though Sohee Lee based in California, and her approach towards fitness. Previously she has a history of eating disorders. She used to be someone who loved to eat carbohydrates and unhealthy fats which is super harmful to any individual being. But as she started to grow up and entered her teen years, she started to notice the environment around her was criticizing her, and people around her seemed to be more attractive and healthy. But initially, she started to skip her meals, which led her to lose weight very quickly, she started to receive the compliment from the same people who mocked or commented previously.

and the more thing she was worried about was about what people would think about her? So majorly the cancer was for social reasons and that doesn’t help her gain but lose herself more, day by day. In short, she was leading a very robotic lifestyle. Which never had her happy and content. She even suffered from several underweight diseases as she didn’t have any idea about behavior change, mental change.

STARTED TAKING HEALTHY MEALS
But slowly she understood that it’s not just about pushing yourself without proper knowledge and understanding.
Instead, she chose to work on herself and for herself. She started to learn about clean eating, started to learn about calories, clean and healthy source of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. And she started to work on understanding and making meal plans, exercise according to body needs, and eat moderately without skipping any meals. Now her focus is on being healthy and she teaches others to opt for opting for fitness with smartness rather than blindly. Also, she is the founder of the “Eat. Lift. Thrive.” movement. How incredible it is!

we all can relate to her at some point of time and many different situations. She is such a big inspiration, actually sets very good and healthy examples across the world and helps women.
You don’t have to starve or anything. All you need is to set up a realistic goal with correct mindset, knowledge and obedience. And please do not worry about what others think about you or taunt you. It’s your body, you should be healthy and comfortable in your skin. Be strong and positive. Don’t feel embarrassed about anything especially about your body. Instead take a step to make yourself feel loved by taking good care of yourself.
