TOP 5 MISS INDIA AND THEIR FITNESS SCHEDULE

Beauty pageants don’t happen overnight. It takes years of determination, dedication, hard work and commitment to their workout and diet regime helps them to reach that level.

 It’s definitely not easy. They ensure that they work out at least 5 times a week and do proper training and also follow a certain diet plan too, regularly. There are many things we can learn through them such as leading a well-planned and strategic lifestyle as it has a tremendous positive impact on one’s fitness level.

This also includes sleeping for 8 hours in the night, switching off mobile phone 2 hours before going to bed and drinking 3 liters of water too, eating homemade food with an adequate amount of nutrition.  These are very small and basic things but it is really impactful. 

  1. SHREYA RAO KAMVARAPU

Shreya Rao Kamvarapu, from Andhra Pradesh, says, “I didn’t know how to do the make-up or how to walk the ramp. I was not a very ‘girly girl. But I thought the Miss India organisation sees some potential in me. They said if you work on yourself a little bit, get more fit, work on your walk, I could do it because I had that personality.

So I decided I will talk to my parents because five years down the line, I don’t want to regret saying I never gave it a shot. So then I worked on myself,”. From here we can see how much determination is required in terms of fitness to even maintain physical and mental health and on personality. 

  1. GAYATRI BHARDWAJ

Gayatri Bhardwaj is the current sensation when it comes to setting inspiration through her workout and perfect body goals. Also apart from regular workouts, she said that she likes wearing the workout attire that motivates her to get out of the door and feel good. That is another thing we should learn.

Also, she loves to do HIIT which is high-intensity interval training. She even posts her workout videos on Instagram to motivate her followers to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Stefy Patel, “Fitness is not about being better than someone else, It’s about being better than you used to be” she said, recently. She made it clear by saying that she workouts and likes to work for her betterment every single day. Not only does it tone up the body but also increases stamina. But this is not it, you also need to maintain your meal plans. 

  1. ANUMREETHY VAS

Anukreethy Vas, practices yoga for her fit body. Yoga is one of Anukreethy’s favorite workouts and she does it quite regularly to stay and look fit and also made it to Miss India World. She does breathing exercise which helps to lessen depression and stress, and also helps her in weight loss.

Also, She is working on her fitness regularly, diet, and ramp walk to represent India at the Miss World competition to be held in China in December.

  1. MEENAKSHI CHAUDHARY

Meenakshi Chaudhary, her fitness mantra is a healthy diet and regular physical activity. Healthy eating doesn’t mean that you need to starve or deprive yourself. But you need to be very realistic in terms of the balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals in our diets to sustain a healthy body. She also focuses on drinking lots of water too.
