If you are not physically healthy, you can never be healthy mentally. So it’s all correlated. Not just lying down with your beliefs or perceptions about just not prioritising health will affect you on a long term basis. First of all you need to broaden your life aspects, which doesn’t end at your work or social life. Think about how you can do better every single day? Will you be the same even when you enter your 40’s or 50’s? Or how you are going to battle with ageing naturally? And many more things. So today. Simply because of course every individual is different in that every human body has a different set of needs. That would help you to have an idea to run in a certain direction with a motivated mindset that if that person did it, then why can’t you? a healthy mindset of competition.

Food will have a much greater effect in your lifestyle as compared to daily workout, because both. Goes simultaneously. Also, take a notice and observe what kind of environment you are in, what kind of people you are having out with. Because it’s influential. Also, you might feel bored by everyday same workouts in the gym. So in that case you can go for long hikes, cycling or jogging etc.
