WORKOUT TIPS FOR BEGINNERS

First of all congratulations, that you made an effort to lead a healthy life by taking initiative to workout regularly.

 Exercising regularly is one of the best ways to embrace, pamper, and love your body. You will start noticing numerous changes within yourself as soon as you make yourself regular in a physical workout. It has numerous benefits such as helping you achieve plus maintain healthy body weight, will help you to maintain muscle mass, and reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease. If we say in one line, exercise can help you in changing you’re inside out. So today we are going to give you some workout tips especially for beginners.

  1. MINDSET TO INVEST IN HEALTH

First foremost of all is your mindset to be regular, irrespective of anything and by overcoming laziness, ups and downs etc. So for that  

“ Set a goal with a time frame”. 

Because you would know how much you have achieved and keep yourself on track. And you can keep moving forward in that direction. Because every small step with consistency will make you closer to your goal. For example, you can set small goals like- workout 30 mins every single day without skip, to eat better & cut out processed sugar, sleeping early and to wake up early, etc. It would really help you, if you do it with consistency and persevere.

  1. FIND PROPER WORKOUT PROGRAM 

Another one is to find a proper workout program, it can be either online or offline whichever you prefer

But make sure that you workout at least 4 days a week, to keep your body on track with obviously healthy food diets. And ensure that you slowly develop new healthy habits like drinking enough required water to stay hydrated always. Your body will function with its full potential especially when it’s hydrated. And it always keeps you fresh and energetic all the time. Because when you work out, your body relaxes water in the form of sweat, that’s why you need to have a proper intake of water.

  1. DO CARDIO 

Initially you can start working with cardio activities and slowly slowly add up some resistance training, weight training, high intensity interval training and much more depending on your regime and body. And the major component is to stick to your schedule, no matter what. It’s important to start slowly and increase the intensity as you strengthen your body and fitness level. Like you can initiate with a regular 30 minutes workout and slowly slowly include more physical activities and increase the time limit too.

For beginners, we would like to give you a guideline to be mindful of the postures and the workouts you do. In short you need to be mindful of your limits.

 Just don’t overdo anything in excitement. Push yourself to maintain the consistency but do not push yourself in lifting up more weights, it can cause injuries. So please be mindful and always be prepared. Make it a habit. Habit of exercising regularly just like you have the habit of eating and sleeping. It would be more helpful in longer terms.
