And not just Reese, even her co-actors and producer whom she has worked in with movies said, “My practice with her shifts my whole perspective,” says producer Carla Hacken. “Somehow yoga with her is way more than yoga. We have breathed, stretched, meditated, laughed, and even cried for so many years I literally can’t imagine what I’d be like without her.”

Reese Witherspoon, who is recognised globally, gives a huge credit to yoga which helps her to release stress before the Red Carpet or huge events like Golden Globes.

But, as yoga is known for its calming effect and helps in the reduction of stress, Reese does it well. She practices yoga with Kirschen Katz, she is a celeb right yoga instructor.

It really helps her stay calm on busy days and ease her during stressful awards ceremonies or any upcoming projects. Reese also mentioned, “I’ve been doing yoga and breathing [practices] with her for years,” Witherspoon says in the video. “She’s going to help me get ready for the big day.”

 Reese does Vrksasana, also known as tree pose which helps her to maintain good posture and also strengthen the abdominal area. There are elementary level, intermediate level, and advanced level yoga postures and poses. But it will take time, so you have to be patient and determined. Yoga not only helps in being a great stress reliever but is also effective in releasing physical tension.
